This 90-minute private exploratory session is designed exactly for that uncertainty. We'll talk about your situation, move together at your pace, and discover what yoga can actually look like in your body — no assumptions, no one-size-fits-all approach.
From there, we'll figure out together whether private sessions, group classes, or a home practice makes the most sense for you.
