Did you know that practicing yoga before bed can help you to fall asleep and stay asleep more easily?
Of course, doing the RIGHT kind of yoga practice is important -- look specifically for one that's meant to relax the mind and body, not energize you!
I've created two sleep practices to help you wind down in the evening and relax - the first is mat-based and the second is chair-based.
Both practices end with a guided body scan. Give one of these practices a try as part of your evening routine!
