The end of the day offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and return to yourself.
Join me for a 3-week exploration of short, accessible yoga practices designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself at the end of the day. Through six fundamental directions of movement, we'll discover how different movements affect the body, breath, energy, and state of mind.
Each practice is just 15 minutes long and is repeated for three consecutive evenings, allowing you to experience the power of consistency and observe how your body responds over time. Rather than learning many new things, we'll focus on deepening awareness through repetition and reflection.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these simple evening practices can help you release tension, improve body awareness, and create a sustainable rhythm of practice.

15-minute live online practices
Choose the Evening Practice Journey on its own or combine it with the Morning Practice Journey for a full day-to-evening exploration of practice.
No special equipment or prior experience required—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and explore.
A note about participation
This is a live, interactive experience rather than an on-demand program. To support learning and allow me to teach responsively, participants are asked to attend with cameras on whenever possible.
Practices will not be recorded for later viewing. My intention is to create a space where we can practice together in real time and learn from the experience of showing up consistently.
If you're unable to attend every session, that's perfectly okay—simply join us for the practices you can attend and continue the journey from there.
