Gentle, breath-centered practices include standing and chair options for all levels, guided instruction, and short pose demonstration videos. Show up on camera for personalized cues, or simply follow along.

Investment: Full series $60; drop-ins $12/class (registration required). Pass holders: each 45-min class counts as ½ credit (6-week series = 3 credits).
