Step into a calming space with our Deep Rest Yoga class. This 75-minute practice is designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring deep relaxation—offering a peaceful escape from daily stress.
No experience is needed; everyone is welcome. We’ll move through simple, accessible poses with mindful attention to alignment so you feel supported and at ease. Whether you're new to yoga or more experienced, you’ll be guided to work at your own pace and honor your body’s needs.
Our time together focuses on mindfulness and awareness. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, you'll cultivate presence and calm, allowing stress to soften and the nervous system to unwind.
In a fast-paced world, it’s essential to make space for rest. Deep Rest Yoga invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a foldable blanket for padding. (I do have a few extras available.) Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
If you're new, you can take your first class for just $5 with the code TRY5 during online registration. Regular drop-in is $15. Join us and leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
