Held Wednesdays, 8:00–8:45am Central via Zoom, each session includes guided instruction, pose demonstration videos, and options for standing or chair practice.
You’ll move with ease, boost morning energy and clarity, find calm and balance, and reconnect with your body and inner resilience — all in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
Drop in rate: $12 per class (registration required). Zoom link and a class recording will be sent to registered participants.
