The way we begin the day often shapes the way we experience it.
Join us for a 3-week exploration of short, accessible yoga practices designed to help you awaken the body, connect with the breath, and begin your day with greater clarity, steadiness, and ease. Through six fundamental directions of movement, we'll explore how different movements influence energy, focus, posture, and overall well-being.
Each practice is just 15 minutes long and is repeated for three consecutive mornings, allowing you to experience the power of consistency and observe how your body responds over time. Rather than learning many new things, we'll focus on deepening awareness through repetition and reflection.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these simple morning practices can help you create a sustainable rhythm of practice and discover how even a few intentional minutes can influence the rest of your day.

Choose the Morning Practice Journey on its own or combine it with the Evening Practice Journey for a full day-to-evening exploration of practice.
No special equipment or prior experience required—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and explore.
A note about participation
This is a live, interactive experience rather than an on-demand program. To support learning and allow me to teach responsively, participants are asked to attend with cameras on whenever possible.
Practices will not be recorded for later viewing. My intention is to create a space where we can practice together in real time and learn from the experience of showing up consistently.
If you're unable to attend every session, that's perfectly okay—simply join us for the practices you can attend and continue the journey from there.
