
Join us for a 75-minute journey into relaxation with our Slow Mindful Yoga class. Designed to release tension, calm the mind and body, and induce a profound sense of relaxation, this class offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
No prior yoga experience is needed; all are welcome. We will focus on accessible poses and basic alignment principles, ensuring that everyone can find comfort and ease in their practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you'll be guided to work at your own appropriate level, honoring your body's unique needs and abilities.
Central to our practice is the cultivation of mindfulness and awareness. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, we'll invite a sense of presence and calm into our practice, allowing tension to melt away and the mind to find stillness.
In today's fast-paced world, it's more important than ever to prioritize self-care and nurturing practices. Slow, Mindful Yoga offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. By engaging with the practice in a mindful and intentional way, we tap into the body's innate ability to regulate the nervous system, promoting a state of relaxation and ease.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket that is easy to fold up to use as padding for various poses. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably.
