Slow Mindful Yoga: A 75-Minute Journey to Relaxation

Step into a calming space with our Slow Mindful Yoga class. This 75-minute session is designed to release tension, quiet your mind, and bring deep relaxation, offering a peaceful escape from daily stress.

No experience needed—everyone is welcome. We'll focus on simple, accessible poses and basic alignment, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you’ll be guided to work at your own level, respecting your body’s needs.

Our practice centers on mindfulness and awareness. Through gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation, we’ll cultivate presence and calm, allowing stress to melt away.

In our fast-paced world, it's vital to prioritize self-care. Slow Mindful Yoga gives you the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, helping to calm your nervous system and promote relaxation.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a foldable blanket for padding. (I do have a few extras if needed). Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely.

Please note, a credit card processing fee will apply to transactions made with a credit card. Additionally, a 3% convenience fee will be added to package purchases made via credit card to cover administrative processing that is incurred.
