Relax & Renew: Yoga for Stress Relief

Step into a calm, restorative space with this 60-minute yoga practice designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and help you manage stress. This class is a peaceful escape from the busyness of daily life.

No experience is needed — everyone is welcome. We’ll move through simple, accessible poses with mindful attention to alignment so you feel supported and at ease. You’ll be guided to work at your own pace and honor your body’s needs.

Our focus is on mindfulness, breath, and gentle movement to cultivate presence and calm. By the end of class, you’ll feel more centered, grounded, and ready to meet your day with less tension.

What to bring: A yoga mat and a foldable blanket for padding (extras are available if needed). Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Pricing: First-time students can try this class for $5 with the code TRY5 during online registration. Regular drop-in is $15. Class passes are available on the Specials page of the website.

Pre-registration is encouraged — it saves your spot and allows me to notify you quickly of any changes. No payment is required to register. (Please note - you do NOT need to be a member of Riverside Athletic Club to attend.)
